Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  1. To source for price comparisons and negotiate for the best price with vendors.
  2. Generate invoice, DO & vendor PO using SQL.
  3. Tabulate commission claim for sales team members.
  4. Daily monitor of client payment and check with client on payout date for outstanding payment.
  5. Monthly update director on debtor aging.
  6. Monitor client subscriptions renewal dates and remind sales team for renewals.
  7. Monitor procurement process from placing order to arranging delivery of products (hardware & software).
  8. Liaise with Finance dept for payment to vendor.
  9. You will be required to undertake any other duties as assigned by superior and management.

Salary range: RM3,000 – RM5,000

Requirements:
  1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
  2. Possess at least 3 years of working experience in the IT field or related IT projects.
  3. Proficiency in a variety of technical skillset is an added advantage, e.g., SERVER, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, BACKUP SOLUTIONING, VMWARE/HYPER-V, ON-PREM/CLOUD STORAGE, would be an added advantage.
  4. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin is required as you will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
  1. To supervise L1 support, provide L2 support and keep up of customer’s system infrastructure.
  2. We need you to collaborate with customer technical infrastructure operation team members for daily operations and support of IT system infrastructure.

Requirements:
